New Virtual Account – Enhancement to Online Bank Transfer

Starting from March 14th, 2024 (Thursday), we’re thrilled to introduce an enhancement to the online transfer payment method for paying your school fees. Each parent/guardian will now have their own unique IBAN number linked directly to their user account.

What does this mean for you? No need to come physically to our collection office. With just a few clicks, you can settle your school fees effortlessly. Plus, expect to receive your payment receipt within two business days, along with SMS and in-app notifications.

How to use the Virtual Account:

Step 1: Log in to your MyAIS account by visiting [https://my.ais.sch.sa/].

Step 2: Find your unique IBAN number either in your user profile or on the Fee page.

Step 3: Copy the IBAN number and access your preferred Online Banking account.

Step 4: Add the IBAN number to your beneficiary list within your Online Banking platform.

Step 5: Once you’ve added the IBAN number, you’re all set to conveniently pay your school fees whenever it suits you best.

What if I have more than one child at the school?

You don’t need to worry about using different virtual account numbers. The IBAN number is tagged to all your children registered in our school. We will distribute payments equally from their accounts, and you can monitor payment status and receipts for each child in your Parent Portal, MyAIS.
