Complete the Online Application Form
Fill out the online application form here. Once submitted, our Admission team will review your application promptly and notify you within 1-2 days to schedule a placement test.

Sitting for the Placement Test
Upon confirmation of the test date, bring your child to AIS for the placement test. If they pass the exam, you’ll receive an Acceptance Letter via email or SMS.

Submit Required Documents
- Copy of student’s birth certificate and valid National ID/residence permit (iqama) and passport
- Copy of guardian’s national ID/ residence permit
- Copy of vaccination certificate (for KG and Grades 1, 2 & 3 students)
- All original School Transcripts for each previous grade.
- Students transferred from abroad must submit all original grade transcripts. However, the most recent grade transcript must be attested by the Saudi Cultural Mission of the Saudi Embassy in their respective countries.
- Students transferred from abroad need to acquire the Equivalency Certificate from the Ministry of Education's Admission and Equivalency Office in Riyadh.
- For students transferred from other schools in KSA, submit a Financial Clearance letter issued by the previous school.
- Two recent photographs (passport-size)

Make the 1st Semester Fee Payment

After the 1st semester fee payment is made, your child will be assigned to their Year Group and receive a Student ID. Congratulations! Your child is now officially a Rowadian.
Overview
Introducing an enhancement to the online transfer payment method for paying your school fees. Each parent/guardian will now have their own unique IBAN number linked directly to their MyAIS account.
What does this mean for you? No need to come physically to our collection office. With just a few clicks, you can settle your school fees effortlessly. Plus, expect to receive your payment receipt within two business days, via SMS and in-app notifications.

How to activate your Virtual Account:
Step 1: Log in to your MyAIS account by clicking here
Step 2: Find your unique IBAN number either in your user profile or on the Fee page.
Step 3: Copy the IBAN number and login to your preferred Online Banking account.
Step 4: Open your online banking service and add the IBAN number as a new beneficiary named “Arrowad International Schools” and then activate it.
Step 5: Now simply transfer the fees to the activated IBAN account at your convenience.
