Updates on the General Aptitude Test (Qudrat) Preparation Plan 

Dear Grade 11 Parents,

At Al-Rowad International Schools, we are committed to providing our students with the best possible support to gain acceptance into their selected universities and colleges in Saudi Arabia and globally.  Our rigorous international curricula give our students a competitive edge in entrance tests and further studies.  We are pleased with our students’ achievements.  

We believe that a strong partnership between school and home is essential for student success.  Together, we strive to create a stimulating learning environment that supports our students’ aspirations and helps them reach their full potential.

To ensure our students continue to excel, we present the structured support system planned for the 2024-2025 academic year:

  • Diagnostic Pre-Assessment (Baseline Assessment)
Format Date
A baseline assessment will be conducted in the third week (First Semester) to evaluate students’ proficiency levels. Students will be categorized into beginners, intermediate, and advanced groups.  

Note: We kindly ask parents to encourage their children to take the diagnostic test seriously for accurate assessment.

Computer-Based September 2024
  • Cooperate Agreement with Noon Academy
Format Date
Starting in week 4, our students will receive extensive support lessons from Noon Academy within technologically equipped classrooms, integrated into the regular timetable. Face-to-Face September 2024
  • General Parent Meeting
Format Date
After analyzing diagnostic results, we will hold a meeting to present our plan for developing students’ skills and maximizing their performance in aptitude tests. Face-to-face September 2024
  • Monthly Trial Assessments
Format Date
After every 4 weeks of teaching new content, trial assessments will be conducted to evaluate students’ progress, reinforce learning, identify areas needing improvement, and boost their confidence. Paper-Based  Monthly
  • Guidance for Test Registration
Format Date
Students will receive assistance in registering for the General Aptitude Test. Online Ongoing
  • One-to-One Dedicated Parent-Teacher Meeting
Format Date
Parents can schedule meetings with teachers to discuss their child’s progress, address concerns, and receive personalized feedback and guidance. In-School Meeting Ongoing
  • Individualized Academic Plans
Format Date
Student test results will be closely monitored, and customized academic plans will be created for each student to improve future performance. Online/Face-to-face Ongoing
