يرجى طباعة الجواز الصحي للطالبة من تطبيق توكلنا وتسليمه لمراقبة الفصل بحد أقصى غدا الخميس الموافق 16/9/2021.
تنبيه:
- لا يسمح بالدراسة الحضورية إلا للطالبات الحاصلات على جرعتين من اللقاح
- يستثنى من الدراسة الحضورية الحاصلين على جرعة واحدة وإن كان حالته محصن متعافي حسب توجيهات وزارة التعليم.
Dear Parent
Provide us with printed Student Health Passport found on Tawakkalna App and submit it to the observer. The deadline to submit the document is tomorrow, 16/9/2021.
NB
- Attendance is permitted only the students who received two vaccine doses.
- The students who received only one dose or whose status is recovered (and had one dose) will not be allowed access to school premises as per MoE’s regulations.
