Invitation | Second Mothers’ Meeting

Dear Respected Parents,

You are invited to attend   the 2^nd Mothers’ Meeting for the Girls’ Section. It will be held on 2 June 2022 (Thursday) from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for all grades as indicated below:

For an orderly meeting, we kindly ask you to observe the following points:

• Regular class day for all the students in the morning on this date.
• Mothers, please line and wait for your individual turn to meet the teachers of your children.
• Kindly respect the 3-minutes allocated discussion time with each teacher.
• Please understand that the school has no facility to accommodate your small children and to avoid.

any mishap or unfortunate occurrence, please do not bring them to the Mother’s Meeting. We want

you to take your time and concentrate on the meeting, as the little ones may misdirect your attention.

• All COVID-19 precautions will be in place. Tawakkalna will be checked.
