Important Notice to Middle School Boys

Please remember to return your child’s health report. This important document helps us ensure the health and safety of all our students.

If you did not receive the report or have misplaced it, feel free to request a new one from your floor supervisor.

For the safety of all students, we kindly ask that you ensure your children do not wear *Crocs* or similar footwear to school. These types of shoes have become a slipping and falling hazard, particularly in the bathrooms. Unfortunately, some students have already slipped or fallen, resulting in serious injuries.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe environment for all students.
