Girls’ Section- Exam Rules Reminder

Dear Parents of Grades 4 to 12,

Assalaamu ‘alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakaatuh.

As we are approaching the Final examination weeks, we would like to gently remind all parents to

reinforce on their daughters the following guidelines:

 Students must come in their complete uniform and remove their Abayahs when inside the

examination rooms.

 Like regular class days, students are not allowed to wear make-up, lipstick, nail polish, colored

hair and excessive accessories.

 Use of smart watches and mobile phones are strictly prohibited.

 Students must arrive on time at their assigned Exam room before 07:30 a.m. (lateness is not

allowed).

 Cheating during the exam will automatically result in the student getting a Zero mark on the exam

paper.

 Medical report is required when absent during the exam. It has to show the complete name of the

student and the date should correspond to the date of the missed exam (to qualify for the Make-

up exam).

 Early dismissals will not be allowed even if the student finishes her exams early.

 Those using private transportation, parents should collect them on time and never allow them to

lag behind.

Invigilators will monitor the students' behavior during the exams; any violation will be reflected in the

"Behavior" marks of the students.
