1. Students are not allowed to be absent from any exam without valid reason or family emergency.
2. Exams are scheduled to start at 7:30 am and students are required to enter the examination rooms on time.
3. Students are not allowed to enter the exam room 20 minutes after the start of examination.
4. Students are not allowed to speak to one another during the examination time and must keep quiet.
5. Students must bring the needed materials for the exam, and it will not be allowed to borrow any stationary from other candidates.
6. Students must fill in the details on the cover sheet of the exam (full name and seat number).
7. Use only blue pens to answer. No pencil or correction pen are permitted.
8. You can use the calculator only in the exams calculator use is allowed.
9. You must not have in your possession any book, paper, equipment or devices that might give you an unfair advantage such as mobile phone, smart watch etc.
10. Do not continue to write once the exam time has elapsed.
11. Remain on your seat when you finish your exam until your exam paper is collected.
12. Students must leave the school facilities after the exam and shouldn’t wait outside.
13. Students must respect and obey all the rules and regulation of the exams.
14. Absent students will not be allowed to set for make-up exam(s) unless for a valid reason (i.e. medical or family emergency); in which case a sick leave, flight tickets, etc. must be presented.
15. Students who fail to show up for the make-up exams can set for a re-scheduled make-up exam ONLY UPON APPROVAL BY THE MOE.
16. The make-up examinations are scheduled for 3-7/12/2023.
17. You must not cheat. A student who is found cheating will have his exam paper removed and referred to the Committee for Cheating Cases, which will take the regulatory measure proper to each case.
18. No writing other than the answers should be made on the examination papers.

تعليمات الاختبارات للطلاب

1. يحظر على الطالب التغيب عن أي اختبار دون تقديم سبب مقبول أو وقوع طارئ أسري.
2. تبدأ الاختبارات الساعة 7:30 صباحًا، لذلك على الطالب الحضور المبكر في الوقت المحدد.
3. لن يسمح بدخول الطالب إلى لجنة الاختبار في حال تأخره 20 دقيقة عن وقت بدء الاختبار.
4. على الطالب المحافظة على الهدوء وعدم التحدث إلى غيره من الطلاب أثناء وقت الاختبار.
5. على الطالب إحضار الأدوات اللازمة له في الاختبار، فلن يسمح له استعارتها من غيره.
6. التأكد من كتابة الاسم ورقم الجلوس في المكان المخصص على غلاف الاختبار.
7. عدم استخدام أي قلم إلا القلم الأزرق في الإجابة (يمنع استخدام القلم الرصاص والقلم الطامس).
8. عدم استخدام الآلة الحاسبة في غير الاختبارات التي يسمح فيها باستخدامها.
9. عدم اصطحاب الكتب والدفاتر وجميع ما يتعلق باختبار المادة داخل اللجان، وكذلك عدم اصطحاب جهاز الجوال والساعة الذكية إلى قاعة الاختبار.
10. التوقف عن الكتابة بعد انتهاء الوقت.
11. البقاء في مكان الجلوس المخصص حتى انتهاء وقت الاختبار وحتى يتم جمع ورقة الاختبار.
12. يجب على الطالب مغادرة المدرسة فور انتهاء اختباره، وكذلك عدم التلكؤ في محيط المدرسة.
13. يجب على الطالب الالتزام بجميع قواعد وتعليمات الاختبارات.
14. لن يسمح للطالب المتغيب بحضور الاختبارات التعويضية إلا بعد تقديم عذر مقبول (مثل طارئ مرضي او أسري)، ويجب عليه في هذه الحالة تقديم ما يثبت العذر (إجازة مرضية أو تذكرة السفر إلخ).
15. لن يسمح للطالب المتغيب عن الاختبار التعويضي بحضور محاولة اختبار أخرى إلا بعد حصوله على خطاب موافقة من وزارة التعليم.
16. تعقد الاختبارات التعويضية للفصل الأول في الفترة من 3 إلى 7 ديسمبر (3-7/12/2023).
17. البعد عن محاولة الغش بأي وسيلة (علماً بأن الطالب الذي يضبط وهو يغش سوف تسحب ورقته ويحول إلى لجنة حالات الغش لتطبيق لائحة الاختبارات في حقه).
18. عدم الكتابة إطلاقًا على ورقة الأسئلة غير المطلوب في الإجابة.
