AIS Archers win 2nd and 3rd
On Thursday to Saturday 9-11/11/2017, three of our archers took part in the 5th Stage of the Kingdom Archery Championship organized by the Saudi Archery Federation and hosted at Prince Faisal bin Fahd Stadium. In the 10-meter juniors, Mohamed Al-Shahil and Nawaf Al-Theeb shot their way to the 2nd and 3rd place respectively. While in the 18-meter juniors, Abdul-Rahman Al-Dahsh came third. The winners received medals and trophies by Mr. Salman Al-Asmary, the vice-president of SAF and celebrated at school by Mr. Abdulaziz Al-Sabi, the General Director, and Mr Faruq Al-Hara, the General Deputy. Thanks to the efforts of the archery team trrainer, captain Ahmed Amin and our PE coordinator captain Mohamed Gamal, our students can reach high national rankings. We are proud of your achievement and will continue to offer training in this rare noble sport.
في أيام الخميس إلى والسبت الماضيية، شارك ثلاثة من رماة الرواد في بطولة المملكة للسهام للمرحلة الخامسة التي استضافها ميدان الرماية بمجمع الأمير فيصل بن فهد بالرياض تحت رعاية الاتحاد السعودي للسهام، وفي مسابقات 10 متر براعم حصل الرامي محمد الشهيل على المركز الثاني بينما حل نواف الذيب ثالثًا، في حين فاز عبد الرحمن الدهش بالمركز الثالث في 18 متر للبراعم، وتوج الرماة نائب رئيس الاتحاد السعودي للرماية سلمان الأسمري واستقبلهم وكرمهم في المدارس كل من المدير العام أ/ عبد العزيز الصبي والوكيل العام أ/ فاروق الحارة.
ونخص بالشكر مدرب فريق الرماية الكابتن أحمد أمين ومشرف التربية البدنية الكابتن محمد جمال على جهودهما المتاوصلة التي ترقى بمستوى الطلاب إلى التصفيات الوطنية.
