New Dismissal Procedures

Assalamu Alaikum.

Dear Parents,

We wanted to inform you of a new policy regarding dismissal procedures, effective from tomorrow, Tuesday, 13th of February.

Starting tomorrow, any student who leaves the school campus during dismissal time will not be permitted to return to the school premises unless under investigation. This policy is being implemented to ensure the safety and security of all students.

We kindly ask for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

نود أن نعلمكم بسياسة جديدة بخصوص إجراءات المغادرة اعتبارا من غد الثلاثاء 13 فبراير

١- لن يُسمح لأي طالبة غادرت المدرسة بالعودة للدخول مرة اخرى وستعرض نفسها للمسائلة.

٢- لن يسمح للطالبات بالانتظار أمام بوابة المدرسة، ويجب على جميع الطالبات الانتظار في الداخل حتى يتم مناداة أسمائهن .

ويتم تنفيذ هذا القرار لضمان سلامة وأمن جميع الطالبات. نرجو تعاونكم وتفهمكم في هذا الشأن.
