- Training time: on Saturdays from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm and on Mondays from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm
- Sessions held after school hours are supervised by the PE coaches.
- Participants are grouped based on their skill.
- The swimming pool is heated.
- The Course fee is 420 SR inclusive of the VAT.
- The fee can be paid at the Registration Department.
- The fee is nonrefundable nor transferrable to other training courses.
- Access to the training ground is from Gate 7 & 8.
- Participants have to arrange for their own means of transportation to and from the school on the training days.

- The Course is held on Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 6:30 pm
- Participants are grouped based on their age as follows:
- Grade 1 & 3 are trained from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm;
- Grade 4 & 6 are trained from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm; and
- Grade 7 to 10 are trained from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm;
- The Course fee is 525 SR inclusive of VAT.
- Access to the training ground is from Gate 7 & 8.
- Training sessions are held on the Boys Section’s playground.
- Participants must attend all sessions on time.
- Participants must adhere to the appropriate sports uniform.
