Examination Policy – تعليمات الاختبارات
EXAMINATION POLICY
- It is impermissible for students to be absent from the exam without a legitimate reason or in extenuating circumstances such as a family emergency.
- Exams are scheduled to start at 7:30 am and students are required to enter the examination rooms on time.
- Students will not be allowed to enter the exam room 15 minutes after the examination start.
- Students are prohibited to communicate to one another in any form or picture whatsoever, and should be quite in the exam room.
- Students should bring all the necessary materials for the examination, and will not be allowed to borrow from any other student.
- Students will be required to fill in the details on the cover sheet of the exam (full name and seating number).
- Students are only allowed to use BLUE pens on their answer sheets, with no exceptions. Additionally, correctors are completely prohibited.
- Students are only allowed to use a calculator where it is specifically stated in an exam.
- Students must not carry any papers, books, notes… etc. into the examination room.
- Wearing complete school uniform must be strictly adhered to during the final exams and it is prohibited to wear short pants.
- Students must not have any equipment or device like a mobile phone in their possession – as this might give them an unfair advantage.
- Students must discontinue writing after the exam time has elapsed.
- Students must remain at their desks even if they have finished their exam until all exam papers have been collected.
- Destroying and/or disrespecting school properties, including using aerosol, markers … etc., will be dealt with appropriately according to School/Ministry policies and may eventually result in expulsion from school.
- If the school is closed for any unexpected weather condition, the exam of that day will be held on the next day of the last exam.
- Students are not allowed to bring any food or drinks such as coffee and carbonated drinks, with the exception of water.

تعليمات الاختبارات
- لا يسمح للطالب التغيب عن الامتحان إلا لعذر تقبله إدارة المدارس أو وجود ظرف طارئ مثل الطوارئ الأسرية.
- تبدأ الاختبارات الساعة 7:30 صباحًا، لذلك يجب أن يدخل الطلاب إلى لجنة الاختبار قبل الوقت بعشر دقائق.
- يمنع الطالب من دخول لجنة الاختبارات بعد مرور 15 دقيقة على بدء الاختبار.
- يمنع الطلاب من التواصل فيما بينهم بأي شكل أو طريقة ويجب عليهم التزام الصمت داخل جنة الاختبار.
- يجب أن يحضر الطالب جميع ما يلزمه من أدوات في الاختبار فلن يسمح له باستعارة أدوات غيره.
- على الطالب البيانات المطلوبة على غلاف ورقة الاختبار (الاسم بالكامل ورقم الجلوس).
- يسمح للطالب الكتابة بأقلام الحبر الأزرق فقط في ورقة الإجابة ولن تقدم أي استثناءات. ولا يسمح أبدًا باستعمال قلم التصحيح في ورقة الإجابة.
- لن يسمح للطالب باستخدام الآلة الحاسبة في الاختبارات التي تنص على عدم استخدام الحاسبة.
- يمنع إدخال أي أوراق أو كتب أو مذكرات داخل لجنة الاختبارات.
- يجب أن يلتزم الطالب بالزي المدرسي الكامل أثناء الاختبارات النهائية ويحظر عليه ارتداء السراويل القصيرة.
- يحظر على الطالب استخدام أي آلة أو وسيلة تعرضه للمسائلة مثل الجوال.
- يحظر على الطالب كتابة الإجابة بعد انتهاء وقت الاختبار.
- على الطالب البقاء في مكانه في اللجنة بعد الانتهاء من الإجابة حتى يتم جمع أوراق الاختبار.
- سوت تتخذ المدرسة أشد الإجراءات التأديبية في حالة إتلاف مرافض المدرسة أو التخريب فيها بما في ذلك استخدام البخاخات الملونة أو أقلام التلوين وذلك حسب سياسة المدارس وتعليمات وزارة التعليم وقد يصل الجزاء إلى الفصل من المدرسة.
- في حالة إغلاق المدرسة بسبب أي ظرف جوي طارئ، سوف يؤجل الاختبار المقرر في ذلك اليوم إلى اليوم التالي لانتهاء الاختبارات.
- يمنع الطلاب من إحضار الطعام أو الشراب داخل لجنة الاختبار بما في ذلك القهوة والمشروبات الغازية ويسمح لهم بإحضار الماء فقط.
