AIS Sports Club | 2023 Season

AIS is organizing a Football Training Course for students of grades 1 to 10 (Boys). This one-month course is under the supervision of Mr. Mohamed Gamal, the PE coordinator. The following conditions are applicable:

• The Course is held on Fridays and Saturdays.
• Participants are grouped based on their age as follows:
  1. KG3 & Grades 1:3 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm
  2. Grades 4:10 from 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm
• The Course fee is 350 SR inclusive of VAT.
• Access to the training ground is from Gate 7 & 8.
• Training sessions are held on the Boys Section's playgrounds.
• Participants must adhere to the precautionary measures at all times.
• Participants must attend all sessions on time.
• Participants must adhere to the appropriate sports uniform.
• Participants have to arrange for their own means of transportation to and from the school on the training days.

AIS is organizing an Archery Training course for students of grades 4 to 12. The one-month course is offer Sundays and Thursdays, under the supervision of the Physical Education teacher, Ahmed Amen.

• Training time:  Monday and Thursdays from 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm

• The Course fee is 350 SR inclusive of VAT.
• Access to the training ground is from Gate 7 & 8.
• Participants must adhere to the precautionary measures at all times.
• Participants must attend all sessions on time.
• Participants must adhere to the appropriate sports uniform.
• Participants have to arrange for their own means of transportation to and from the school on the training days.

AIS is organizing a Swimming Course for KG to Grade 8 (Boys). The This one-month course is under the supervision of the swimming coach Belal Abu Salem. The following conditions will be applied:

• Training time:
  • Fridays and Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm;
  • Fridays and Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
  • Fridays and Saturdays from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm; and
  • Monday & Wednesday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm

• The training will take place at the Boys Section.
• Participants should record present on all days of training.
• Participants should abide by the starting and ending times of the trainings.
• It is compulsory to wear sports uniform for training.
• Participants will have to arrange for their own transportation to and from the school on days of training.

AIS is organizing a Karate Training Course for students of KG1 to Grade 7 (Boys). The one-month course is under the supervision of the Captain Saeed Shahin. The following conditions will be applied:

• The Course is held on: Fridays and Saturdays from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm
• The Course fee is 350 SAR inclusive of VAT (exclusive of belt upgrade).

• Access to the training ground is from Gate 7 & 8.
• Training sessions are held on the Boys Section's playgrounds.
• Participants must adhere to the precautionary measures at all times.
• Participants must attend all sessions on time.
• Participants must adhere to the appropriate sports uniform.
• Participants have to arrange for their own means of transportation to and from the school on the training days.
• Participants are assessed and awarded a certificate approved by Saudi Arabian Karate Federation

AIS is organizing Boxing and Kickboxing sessions for students of G4 to Grade 12 (Boys). The sessions will be conducted under the supervision of Coach Mohamed Mussa Younus. The following conditions will be applied:

• Sessions will be conducted as follows:
  • First option:
    • Boxing: Sunday & Tuesday, 1:30-2:30pm and
    • Kickboxing: Sunday & Tuesday, 2:30-3:30pm
    • Boxing only Sunday & Tuesday: 4:00-5:00pm
  • Second option:
    • Boxing: Monday & Wednesday 1:30-2:30pm
    • Kickboxing: Monday & Wednesday 2:30-3:30pm
• Students will be grouped based on grade levels.
• The sessions start on 22/1/2023 AD.
• The session’s fee/month is 350 SAR inclusive of VAT
• Access to the training ground is from Gate 10.
• Training sessions are held in the Boys Section's (Canteen courtyard; SAT section).
• Participants must attend all sessions on time.
• Participants must adhere to the appropriate sports uniform and bring training equipment: jump rope, Boxing gloves, hand wraps and for kickboxing: shin protection besides the rest of the equipment.
• Participants have to arrange for their own means of transportation to and from the school on the training days.
